How to convert images to PDF

Your file never leaves your device
Your PDF is read and split by your own browser. It is not uploaded to HKPDF or any server. The network is only used to load the page and the tool itself.

Are my photos uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the images and builds the PDF. Nothing is sent to a server, and the site doesn't log file names or contents.
Which image formats work?
JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF (first frame). iPhone HEIC photos work in Safari; other browsers show a skipped message if they can't read them.
Will phone photos come out sideways?
No. The tool reads each photo's orientation data and turns it upright, so pages match what you see in your photos app.
What about image quality?
Images are re-encoded at high quality (JPG 92%), which is hard to tell apart by eye. Very large photos are scaled to 4096 px on the long side so phones don't run out of memory.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Open hkpdf.com/en/jpg-to-pdf in Safari or Chrome, pick photos, tap Convert and download, then Save file.
How many images can I convert?
No fixed limit. It all runs on your device, so dozens of high-resolution photos can take a while on a phone.
